Privacy Policy

At Muslim Sphere App, our application is designed with a Privacy-First approach: we do not require accounts, we do not store your personal identity, and we prioritize transparency in how your device interacts with our services.
1. Zero Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or request any "Personal Information" (PII).
- No Registration: We do not require names, emails, or phone numbers.
- No Accounts: There are no login credentials or profiles to manage.
- No Tracking: We do not track your browsing habits, IP address, or identity for marketing purposes.
2. Sensitive Permissions
To provide an accurate religious experience, the app requests the following permissions strictly for app functionality:
Location Services (GPS)
With your explicit consent, the app accesses your device's location to calculate accurate Prayer (Salah) and Fasting (Sehri/Iftar) times specifically for your coordinates. This data is processed locally or ephemerally. We do not store a history of your location on our servers.
Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send important announcements. Firebase assigns an anonymous Device Token to your phone. This cannot be used to identify you personally; it is only used to route messages to your device.
3. Operational Transparency
- Secure Delivery: All timing information and web content are delivered via HTTPS to ensure authenticity and encryption in transit.
- Third-Party Services: We use Google Firebase for notifications. Google may process technical device information (like OS version). You can view Google’s Privacy Policy on their official site.
- No Cookies: We do not use persistent tracking cookies or identifiers to build behavior profiles.
4. User Control
You can grant or revoke Location and Notification permissions at any time through your Android Settings > Apps > Muslim Sphere App > Permissions.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our application is safe for the entire family. We are fully compliant with international child safety standards (COPPA/GDPR).
